There is to be an exhibition of 50s popular music memorabilia at Liverpool Museum this summer. One of the exhibits is to be my tickets from the March 28th 58 show at the Liverpool Philharmonic. I am soo thrilled about that.

Last week I had contact with them to arrange the courier to come and collect the items. They wanted a valuation on the items - I mean, how do you put a price on a piece of history? In the end I opted for the maximum their insurance would allow which was £300. They are being picked up on Thursday.

I went to Liverpool on business last year and made a point of visiting the museum. Also met the lovely young lady I've been corresponding with about the loan. It's still on display! And I have promised them that the tickets will be left to them in my will!
